Taiwanese-American artiste Wilber Pan is turning heads after revealing that he had dropped 7kg in just a month.

During a recent livestream, Pan, 44, flaunted his noticeably sharper jawline and playfully asked fans: “Am I too skinny now?”

When asked about his impressive weight loss, the singer credited his active lifestyle, playing tennis four times a week.

However, exercise alone isn’t the secret. He also follows a strict diet, drinking 2.2 litres of water daily and keeping his meals light – just 20g of noodles with six slices of beef and a serving of vegetables.

To stay on track, Pan even sacrificed his love for instant noodles and now allows himself no more than two cups of coffee per day.

His transformation hasn’t gone unnoticed. The singer said he felt “very happy” after a woman at an airport lounge complimented his new look.

However, his weight loss journey is far from over, as Pan revealed that he plans to shed another 5kg to 7kg before the kicking off his Mad Love 2.0 Tour on April 5.

Throughout his two-decade career, Pan has won over 60 awards and is known for songs such as Be With You (feat Akon), Play It CoolUUU and more.

In addition to his music career, Pan has also made a name for himself as an actor, winning a Best Actor laurel at the 46th Golden Bell Awards for his performance in the 2010 drama Endless Love.
