Taiwanese singer Chyi Yu to hold concert in KL on April 26

Taiwanese singer Chyi Yu is set to perform in Malaysia for the first time after seven years on April 26.

The 66-year-old, dubbed the "Voice of an Angel", will be bringing her Forever Splendor 2025 Live concert at Mega Star Arena in Kuala Lumpur.

Fans can expect a nostalgic evening as Yu performs some of her timeless hits, including The Olive Tree, Boat Song, Smiling Face and Dream Land, among others.

The Mandopop star last performed in Malaysia in 2018.

Since debuting in 1979, Yu has captivated fans with her soft voice in genres like folk, classical and pop.

Throughout her career, the singer has won multiple awards, including a Golden Melody Award for Best Female Vocalist (Mandarin).

Tickets to Chyi Yu Forever Splendor 2025 Live, priced between RM288 and RM788, will be available via my.bookmyshow.com from Jan 13, noon onwards.
