Hong Kong actor Benz Hui’s daughter Charmaine Hui recently visited Malaysia with her Singaporean husband Shane Sim, China Press reported.

The pair, who work in the banking sector, were in Kuala Lumpur for a holiday.

In an Instagram post, Charmaine shared a series of photos from her trip – including one with Sim at a five-star hotel near the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.

The 26-year-old captioned her post: “KL short getaway.”

Charmaine seemed to have feasted on various delicacies during her time in the city, as hinted in a more recent Instagram update, where she talked about her weight gain.

“Happily gained 2kg in KL,” she said, alongside three photos of herself in a swimsuit.

Charmaine and Sim, who announced their engagement in October 2021, tied the knot in Hong Kong on Dec 16 last year. The couple held a second wedding ceremony in Singapore on Jan 6.

Earlier this month, Benz, 75, told Shin Min Daily News that his daughter closed two cafes in Singapore in February to accompany her husband, who works in Hong Kong.

Charmaine has another cafe in Singapore, which is still in business.
