If you ever wondered how Li Bingbing maintains her fit body, the Chinese star's latest video on Douyin shed some light on what she eats on a regular basis.

In the video, the 49-year-old revealed that she consumes vegetables boiled in hot water. Three meals a day. Every day.

"You just need boiled water and you can have it hot no matter where you are.

"I think this is the healthiest way to eat. It helps to maintain your figure ... I think this is really yummy because you can taste the original flavour of the vegetables," said the star of Transformers: Age Of Extinction.

When her assistant asked how could she even eat such bland food with not even a pinch of salt in it, the Chinese beauty replied: "I eat with my mind."

Netizens are divided over Li's diet plan with some praising her discipline while others felt she has gone to the extreme.
