After dating for almost four years, actors Adam Lee and Sweet Qismina have officiated their relationship.

They had a wedding ceremony on Monday (Oct 24), which happens to also be Sweet’s 24th birthday. Meanwhile, Adam will turn 28 on Wednesday (Oct 26).
