Suria FM’s DJ Lin bags Influential Radio Announcer award

DJ Lin adds another accomplishment to her already impressive resume.

The Suria FM personality is the recipient of the excellence award in the Influential Radio Announcer category at the recent Women of Excellence Awards 2021/22 held on March 24.

In a press statement, DJ Lin – whose full name is Roslinda Abd Majid – said that she’s truly honoured to receive the award and is grateful for the recognition towards the DJ Lin brand.

She said: “All the awards and accomplishments I have received are truly valuable to me, and they wouldn’t be possible without the support of the fans – both of DJ Lin and the show Suria Cinta.

“This award will spur me further to do my best for the listeners."

Known for her popular love show, Suria Cinta, DJ Lin has been in the radio industry for more than 23 years. Over the years, she has received numerous awards.

Last year, she was named the Most Trusted Radio Presenter in Reader’s Digest list of Malaysia Most Trusted Brands Awards And Personalities.

Other awards include Anugerah Sri Angkasa, Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian and Anugerah Kesatria Puteri (Industri Radio) Himpunan Wanita Muda Negara 2012.
