Malaysian animation studio Monsta partners with gaming metaverse platform The Sandbox

Monsta, a character media company known for its animated series such as BoboiBoy, Papa Pipi, Fly With Yaya as well as for its films and consumer products, has entered into a partnership with The Sandbox in the metaverse world with its debut creation called Mad Mecha.

The company in a statement on Feb 11 said the partnership enabled it to bring Mad Mecha, Monsta’s exclusive virtual game into the metaverse platform, joining over 165 existing partnerships including The Walking Dead, Snoop Dogg, deadmau5, Richie Hawtin, The Smurfs, Care Bears, Atari, ZEPETO, and CryptoKitties.
