The latest Malaysian artiste to take over the Times Square billboard, in New York City is girl group Dolla.

The four-member band was chosen to be part of Spotify's Equal Singapore and Malaysia campaign. Equal is a global programme by the streaming giant that "aims to foster equity for women in audio and nurturing equity by highlighting female artistes around the world", according to its press statement.

“Words just cannot express how we feel right now. This is such a huge honour for a newly formed vocal group like us and we hope we can continue to live up to the expectations of our fans,” member Sabronzo said after learning Dolla's appearance on the billboard.
