Maggie Q credits Jackie Chan's training for her ability to get into fighting form quickly

Hawaiian-born actress Maggie Q is currently promoting her new film The Protégé with the American press.

The film showcases the 42-year-old executing some cool action sequences, including one – that Q described as the scariest stunt she had ever done – where she jumps backwards off a building.
