Twice thanked the fans for helping it get a diamond button from YouTube, announced label JYP Entertainment on Monday (May 3).

The nine members thanked Once, the band’s official fandom community, for supporting them and shared their excitement at receiving the memorabilia, which is given to those with 10 million subscribers.

The group celebrated the occasion with an unboxing video and pictures.

Twice started its YouTube channel in March 2016 and reached the milestone in February this year.

The girl band also announced that it is releasing a new EP next month called Taste Of Love.

With an image showing fruity cocktails, it notified fans that the EP would come out on June 11.

It has been eight months since its previous album, Eyes Wide Open, which ranked No. 72 on the Billboard 200.

The song I Can’t Stop Me topped Billboard’s world digital song sales chart and the music video gathered 200 million views on YouTube in 77 days. – The Korea Herald/Asia News Network
