South Korean actress Cheon Jeong-ha passed away at the age of 51.

According to a Korean media, Cheon was found dead at her home on April 27.

She reportedly died due to low blood pressure and kidney failure.

Cheon started acting in the 1990s and was known as a renowned theatre actress.

She made her TV debut in 2006 in the series Coma which starred Im Won-hee, Lee Jung-heon and Lee Se-eun.

Of late, Cheon had appeared in a number of Korean dramas in either supporting roles or as a guest star.

Among the K-dramas she had starred in are Mouse, Beyond Evil, Flower Of Evil, Stranger 2, More Than Friends and The King: Eternal Monarch.

In the ongoing series Mouse, she played the role of Na Chi-kook’s (Lee Seo-joon) mother. Chi-kook is Jung Ba-reum’s (Lee Seung-gi) high school classmate who now works as a prison guard.

The funeral will be held on April 30.
