Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza confirms she is about four months pregnant with second child during a virtual press conference today (Dec 1).
Fans have been speculating the singer’s pregnancy ever since she uploaded photos of herself on social media which kind of showed a baby bump.
“I know a lot of you have guessed this already, ” acknowledged the 41-year-old of the rumour, sharing the happy news with her husband Datuk Seri Khalid Mohd Jiwa present by her side. “And I do thank you for your well wishes.”
The hitmaker known for the classic number Cindai and the more recent Aku Bidadari Syurgamu said she feels more comfortable staying and resting at home, taking care of her health, considering the on-going pandemic.
She added: “Do pray for my good health and strength until I reach the end of my term, and that I safely give birth to a healthy and perfect baby.
"It doesn’t matter if it’s a boy or a girl,” she said before continuing, “But it would be fun if we get a boy as we would have a pair of children then.”
The couple’s first child is daughter Siti Aafiyah, who is now two years old.
