Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil hopes National Songstress Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin will continue to shine in the local entertainment industry and bring Malaysian traditional music to greater heights on the world stage.

Fahmi shared his hopes in a Facebook post after attending the Konsert Tradisional Gema Bumantara by Siti Nurhaliza with his wife at the TM National Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Oct 17.

He described the concert as an evening filled with the beauty of traditional arts and music.

"TokTi and her team delivered a performance that was energetic, captivating and rich in the beauty of our cultural heritage. Congratulations and well done, National Songstress!

"Continue to shine in the local entertainment industry and elevate Malaysian traditional music to the world stage,” he said.
