As she turned 40 this year, Australian actress Rebel Wilson made 2020 as her "Year of Health".
The Pitch Perfect star set a goal to get her weight down to 165lbs (74.8kg) by the end of the year. In October, it was reported that she was only 3kg away from that figure.
From her Instagram posts, where she shares her fitness journey, and her appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in November, Wilson revealed that she has lost about 18kg since changing her lifestyle.
And she’s not done; she aims "to lose a few more".
The Bridesmaids actress told Barrymore: “I love my curves and stuff. I don't think I'll ever go too skinny, but I feel so much healthier.”

Wilson, who admitted she loves desserts, said she has tried fads and diets before to lose weight. But this time around she felt like she had to take a holistic approach.
An article on People reported that Wilson is following the Mayr Method diet plan after visiting Austria’s luxury medical detox and wellness centre VivaMayr last year
The magazine details that for this diet, “meals are centred around very slowly eating whole foods with high alkaline content, like vegetables, fresh fish and sheep’s milk yogurt.”
Wilson told People: "Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry.
"So, I've really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn't use to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon and chicken breast," said Wilson, adding that she does cheat sometimes.
Career-wise, Wilson was named as the Best Presenter for LOL: Last One Laughing Australia by The Australian Academy Of Cinema And Television Arts on Nov 30. She was last seen in the musical Cats as well as Taika Waititi’s Jojo Rabbit.
