Share an inspiring story about your dad with Suria this Father’s Day

Suria invites listeners to share heartwarming stories about dads, which will then be turned into radio dramas.

With Father’s Day just around the corner, Malay-language radio station Suria is looking for inspiring real-life stories about fathers.

As part of #KisahAyahDiSuria, Suria is inviting listeners to share heartwarming stories about dads from now until June 12.

The five best stories will then be told as a radio drama, with the help of Suria deejays. It will air on morning show, Team Pagi Suria (weekdays, 6am to 10am), from June 15 to 19.

“We want to celebrate fathers with #KisahAyahDiSuria. And we’ve chosen the radio drama format so our listeners can better appreciate these stories,” says the station's programme manager DJ Lin.

And of the five stories, one lucky story will be turned into a short film, which will be made available on Suria’s YouTube and Facebook page on June 21.
