Esad Ribic, artist for Marvel’s Loki mini-series, is a big guy with huge passion for his craft.
THIS writer’s first encounter with artist Esad Ribic’s work was in the Children Of The Atom mini-series published a decade ago. Back then, it was Steve Rude’s presence that got me committed to the series, but Rude’s tardiness granted Ribic an opportunity to draw Marvel’s biggest team. While the crossover impact generated from that stint was minimal due to the rush-job and (probably) the fact that the 38-year-old Croatian was no Mutie-fan, his work on the Loki series five years later blew my mind!
