ICT Penang Open has grown in standing as it enters its 12th year.
THE ICT Penang Open that was held between June 11 and 13 drew participants from the United States, Australia, Singapore and Thailand. Nigel Richards, 2007 World Scrabble Championship (WSC) winner from New Zealand, and reigning World Champion Pakorn Nemitrmansuk from Thailand were there, too.
