Like most teenagers, 13-year-old Jake Long isn’t quite sure who he is. Life to the young Asian American who lives in New York is simply about videogames and skateboards. Except for the fact that he seems to have a knack for getting into trouble every now and again. 

But just as he begins his journey into self-discovery, Jake stumbles upon a whole new world – a world of leprechauns, trolls, goblins and other such mythical creatures.
