Cinta Fotokopi is a serious movie with a comic twist

Associate Prof Razak Mohaideen has been waiting for 16 years to turn the story he wrote for a radio station into a film. It was 1989 when the local RTM radio station in Penang aired Kemarau di Lautan Banjir, a drama that tackles the ugly subject of rape. Then in 1993, Razak rewrote his story into a film script but had to wait until now to finally see the film come to life.

Titled Cinta Fotokopi, the film is scheduled to hit cinemas nationwide on Thursday.
