Insurer continues collaboration with Road Safety Department

ALLIANZ General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Bhd recently signed its second memorandum of understanding with the Road Safety Department of Malaysia (JKJR) to continue to advocate road safety among Malaysians as part of Allianz Malaysia’s corporate responsibility efforts.

The collaboration between both parties first began in July 2011 when an MOU was signed between Allianz Malaysia’s general insurance arm, Allianz General, and JKJR. As of September, Allianz Malaysia and JKJR have organised 100 Road Safety Advocacy Campaigns nationwide with more than 425 employees trained by JKJR as Road Safety Ambassadors.
