A NEW mixed residential development is taking shape in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
Developed by Zalam Corporation Sdn Bhd, Cloudtree Residence is located on 9.17 acres of freehold land over 700ft above sea level.
Cloudtree Residence sits on a hill peak north of Taman Juara Jaya and has five towers of between 28 to 32 floors with 627 condo units and 16 town villas.
The condominium units have built-up areas ranging from 1,269sq ft to 1,545sq ft and prices starting from RM611,000. The town villas range from 2,352sq ft to 2,537sq ft and are going for RM980,000 and up.
According to Zalam Corporation Sdn Bhd managing director Ho Lee Beng, one of the main features of the development is that each condo tower only has four units per floor.
“Our main target market is those within the 30 to 40 age group,” said Ho.
He added that the company is building the development according to current trends, with many within their target market preferring modern designs.
Zalam Corp is also developing a central park within the premises to give residents a green sanctuary. Likewise, the road leading up to the location is landscaped for an added touch of green.
Some units in the development will feature a dual-entry design for those looking for privacy within their units, while other features include a wide living room to allow maximum external views of the extensively landscaped greenery within the area.
All units face either north or south, away from direct sunlight to keep the condos cool. Residents will also get a minimum of two allocated covered parking bays.
The development will be equipped with various facilities, including a badminton and basketball court, a clubhouse, a floating gym, yoga rooms and party lounge.
Located near The Mines Resort and a forest reserve, Cloudtree Residence will have easy access to the Silk Highway, MRR2, Best Raya Highway and the KL-Seremban Highway.
