THOSE of us who have lived in the Klang Valley for sometime are familiar with the changes to the local council ticketing systems over the decades.

From the slip of paper stuck under your wiper where payment had to be made at a booth to the coupon system, and subsequently those coin-inserted parking machines, followed by the pre-paid parking fee that you had to put on the dashboard – we have seen them all.
