Urgent need to boost cybersecurity


IT was not a good start for the newly privatised Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB), now controlled by Gateway Development Alliance Sdn Bhd (GDA), as it faced scrutiny after a cyber attack on the country’s airports.

GDA, a consortium including Khazanah Nasional Bhd, the Employees Provident Fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and BlackRock-owned Global Infrastructure Partners, recently privatised MAHB.
