Takeover conduct in question

THE takeover of Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) by Gateway Development Alliance Sdn Bhd (GDA) and its shareholders is all but academic now.

The GDA consortium has acquired 94.47% of MAHB, rendering its offer unconditional after it crossed the compulsory acquisition threshold.
