KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from REIN Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Beverly 37 Sdn Bhd for site clearance, retaining wall and piling works for RM24.4mil.
It said in a stock exchange filing the job was facilitate the development of a 53-storey service apartment with 315 units, seven levels of podium parking, two levels of basement parking and ancillary facilities in Kuala Lumpur.
Section 1 of the project, which consists of site clearing, retaining wall and piling works, shall be completed within six months from Nov 5, 2026.
Section 2 of the project. which consists of pile head cutting and demolition works shall commence within three months from the commencement of superstructure works and be completed in the subsequent three months.
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the Company from the financial year ending June 30, 2027, onwards.
