CelcomDigi introduces revised roaming passes starting from RM10

KUALA LUMPUR: CelcomDigi Bhd has introduced revised international roaming passes starting from RM10 for prepaid customers and RM30 for postpaid customers, covering up to 95 destinations worldwide.

In a statement, the telecommunications company said the roaming passes are available to all its prepaid and postpaid customers without any minimum plan commitment.

The revised passes offer roaming coverage across three destination zones, namely Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, Asia Zone and Worldwide, allowing customers to use a single pass across multiple countries within the selected zone.

All prepaid and postpaid roaming passes include up to 30 minutes of free calls to Malaysia and within the destination country.

CelcomDigi said customers can also pre-book roaming passes up to 14 days before departure through the CelcomDigi app and access 5G roaming services in supported destinations without changing their SIM cards.

For prepaid customers, roaming passes start from RM10 with fixed high-speed data quotas and the option to purchase additional data.

Meanwhile, postpaid customers can subscribe to unlimited 5G roaming passes starting from RM30.

CelcomDigi said customers on its Postpaid 5G 120 plan and above are eligible for a 50% discount on selected roaming passes.

The company also offers monthly recurring roaming plans starting from RM20 with a contract or RM40 without a contract, targeting customers who travel frequently.
