KUALA LUMPUR: Zetrix AI Bhd's substantial shareholder, Wong Thean Soon, has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Heitech Padu Bhd
following the disposal of 27.5 million shares.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, HeiTech Padu said the shares were disposed of by MY E.G. Capital Sdn Bhd via a direct business transaction (DBT) on Sept 2.
Wong had a deemed interest in the shares by virtue of his substantial interest in Zetrix AI, the holding company of MY E.G. Capital, pursuant to Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
HeiTech Padu shares closed three sen, or 3.13%, higher at 99 sen on Friday.
