LTAT becomes substantial shareholder in GTA Holdings following IPO


KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) has emerged as the sole institutional placee to become a new substantial shareholder in GTA Holdings Bhd (GTA) following the company's initial public offering (IPO) exercise.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul services provider GTA said LTAT will hold a 5.60 per cent stake in its enlarged issued share capital of 1.29 billion shares.

"Save for LTAT, who will hold 5.60 per cent, there is no placee who will become a substantial shareholder of GTA arising from the IPO,” the filing said.

Under the institutional offering, it said a total of 251.52 million IPO shares have been allocated to 119 selected investors.

GTA is scheduled to make its debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on Sept 8, 2026. - Bernama
