Progressive billings anchor UOA Development earnings


PETALING JAYA: UOA Development Bhd reported a 69.9% year-on-year increase in revenue to RM221.2mil for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from RM130.2mil in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.

Profit after tax and minority interests (Patami) rose to RM95.6mill, compared with RM91.7mil previously.

In a statement, the property developer said the revenue and Patami were attributed mainly from the progressive recognition of the ongoing development projects, namely Aster Hill, Bamboo Hills Residences, Duo Tower, and Aethera Residences.

New property sales for the period ended June 30 was at approximately RM317.4mil, which were mainly derived from Aethera Residences, Aster Hill, Bamboo Hills Residences, and Duo Tower.

Meanwhile, the total unbilled sales for the period amounted to approximately RM565.9mil.
