HE Group unit accepts LoI for data centre


PETALING JAYA: HE Group Bhd says its wholly-owned subsidiary Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of intent (LoI) for the supply and installation of 275-kilovolt electrical works for a data centre in Johor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract, valued at approximately RM47mil, is expected to be finalised and executed by the third quarter of 2026.

“A further announcement will be made upon the execution of the formal contract,” it said.

HE Group, via subsidiary Hexatech Engineering, is an electrical engineering service provider, principally focused on power distribution systems for end-user premises such as industrial plants, as well as both industrial and commercial substations.
