HE Group unit accepts LOI for data centre works in Johor


KUALA LUMPUR: HE Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of intent for the supply and installation of 275kv electrical works for a data centre in Johor.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the contract, valued at about RM47mil, is expected to be finalised and executed by the third quarter of 2026. 

"A further announcement will be made upon the execution of the formal contract," it said.
