Inta Bina secures RM115.65mil construction contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Inta Bina Group Bhd has secured a RM115.65mil construction contract from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd for main building works in Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction group said the contract involves the proposed development of 61 units of three-storey terraced houses and an electrical substation on Jalan Melati Kuarza 1, off the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) in Setapak.

The project is scheduled to commence on Aug 24, 2026 and is expected to be completed and handed over to Sime Darby Property (KL East) by Feb 23, 2029.

In a separate statement, managing director Paul Lim said the latest contract increases Inta Bina’s outstanding order book to approximately RM1.7bil.

“This latest award also brings the group’s total job wins in 2026 to RM424mil. In addition, the group continues to maintain a healthy tender pipeline, with approximately RM3.3bil worth of submitted tenders, including those carried forward from last year, currently pending clients’ award decisions.

“We remain optimistic that these opportunities will support the group’s future growth and earnings visibility,” he said.
