LYC Healthcare expects to issue delayed annual report within two weeks

KUALA LUMPUR: LYC Healthcare Bhd expects to issue and submit its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, within two weeks, as it continues to finalise its audited financial statements with its external auditors.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the healthcare group said it was unable to release its 2026 annual report, including the audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, pending the completion of the audit by Messrs SBY Partners PLT.

“The management of the company has been working closely with the external auditors throughout the audit process to expedite the completion and finalisation of the Annual Report 2026,” LYC said.

Trading in LYC's securities will be suspended from Aug 10, 2026, pending the issuance and submission of the annual report.

On July 28, LYC had announced a delay in issuing its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
