Kumpulan Jetson taps duo to join its board


PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan Jetson Bhd has appointed Datuk Ramli Din and Datuk Seri Baljinder Singh as its non-executive chairman and executive deputy chairman, respectively.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Ramli (64) has over 35 years of distinguished service in law enforcement and national security, having served in the Royal Malaysia Police from 1987 until his retirement in 2022 as Commissioner of Police.

“Throughout his career, he held numerous senior leadership positions and played a significant role in shaping national policing management frameworks, operational standards, and strategic enforcement policies.”

Meanwhile, Baljinder (49) commenced his career in 2000 as a consultant with Straits Josen Consulting Group, where he advised small and medium enterprises on corporate planning, business development and financial management.

“He also collaborated with state government agencies on entrepreneurship and economic development initiatives and conducted feasibility studies and strategic planning assignments for projects.”
