KUALA LUMPUR: MN Holdings Bhd
has obtained approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) for its proposed transfer from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities).
In a statement, the infrastructure utilities, construction and engineering solutions specialist said the approval was granted by the SC in a letter dated July 16, 2026.
The proposed transfer remains subject to the fulfilment of the remaining regulatory requirements and approvals, including those from Bursa Malaysia Securities.
Managing director Datuk Clement Toh said the proposed transfer to the Main Market would mark an important milestone for MN Holdings, reflecting the company's progress since its listing on the ACE Market.
He said the company had strengthened its financial performance, expanded its project portfolio and enhanced its capabilities in delivering critical power and utilities infrastructure projects over the years.
