Gamuda Bhd said its 50:50 joint venture, Khazanah Air Perak Sdn Bhd, has signed a 40-year bulk treated water supply agreement with Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd under the Northern Perak Water Supply Scheme.

Sime Darby Property Bhd and SD Guthrie Bhd have formalised the injection of 1,021.9 acres of land in Bukit Kerayong Estate, Kapar, into their 50:50 joint venture for RM798.3mn.

Sunway Bhd said its Singapore unit, Sunway MCL Ltd, is part of the consortium that submitted the highest bid of S$2.1bn (RM6.62bn) for the Bayshore Drive government land sale site in Singapore.

DRB-Hicom Bhd is evaluating the establishment of a vehicle assembly plant in Algeria as part of its strategy to expand into the North African automotive market.

EG Industries Bhd said its subsidiary, Genetronic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, has signed a letter of intent with a US-based customer for the manufacture and supply of advanced networking switches using co-packaged optics technology valued at US$100.0mn.

GDB Holdings Bhd said the Shah Alam High Court has ordered the winding up of Damai City Sdn Bhd, the developer of the 8 Conlay project.

Jati Tinggi Group Bhd has secured two data centre-related contracts in Johor with a combined value of RM22.6mn.

Life Water Bhd has signed a share sale agreement to acquire a 90.0% stake in Hung Tai Group for RM46.8mn, marking its entry into the food manufacturing business.

PBA Holdings Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional bulk water supply agreement with Prasarana Air dan Irigasi Perak Sdn Bhd under the Northern Perak Water Supply Scheme.

PMW International Bhd plans to invest RM43.8mn in a new spun-pile manufacturing facility in Bemban, Perak, which is expected to more than double its annual production capacity to 718,000 tonnes.

Rivertree STF Synergies Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, RSSB Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM168.1mn turnkey contract to construct a 9,000-bed centralised labour quarters facility in Kapar, Klang.

Solar District Cooling Group Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Solar District Cooling Sdn Bhd, has secured an RM18.5mn contract to upgrade building management systems at selected rail transit stations and ancillary buildings.

Tafi Industries Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Tafi Home & Office Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM135.0mn contract from Armani KPF2 Development Sdn Bhd to undertake construction works for a 37-storey mixed commercial development in Setia Alam.

Widad Group Bhd has appointed Nor Azlan Zainal as its group managing director, group chief executive officer and group chief financial officer.
