Chin Hin Group Property Bhd has proposed to acquire a 10,564 sq m freehold land parcel in Kuala Lumpur from YNH Land Sdn Bhd for RM455.0mn.

Pekat Group Bhd has secured two contracts worth a combined RM46.9mn to supply and install earthing and lightning protection systems for data centre developments in Negeri Sembilan and Johor.

Infomina Bhd has secured a RM21.1mn contract from the Road Transport Department to provide information and communications technology maintenance and technical support services.

EITA Resources Bhd has secured a RM20.5mn contract to supply and deliver its Furutec Busduct System for a data centre project in Indonesia.

Pan Merchant Bhd has secured a RM17.0mn contract to supply membrane filtration solutions for the food processing industry in Malaysia.

Aemulus Holdings Bhd has secured new orders worth a cumulative RM8.2mn from a customer in Singapore for the supply of test systems serving the data centre and artificial intelligence markets.

Synergy House Bhd has received USD1.9mn in tariff refunds, including interest, from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust has completed the acquisition of its first industrial asset, a light industrial property in the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, for RM30.0mn.

Sapura Industrial Bhd has proposed to dispose of a 2.2-hectare vacant leasehold industrial land in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, to Loongsen Plastics (M) Sdn Bhd for RM10.5mn.

PRG Holdings Bhd’s second-largest shareholder, Datuk Sheah Kok Fah, together with shareholders holding a combined stake of more than 10.0% in the company, has requisitioned an EGM to remove group managing director Andrew Chan Lim-Fai and revamp the board.

Enest Group Bhd, which is set to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Bhd on July 15, reported a net profit of RM2.0mn on revenue of RM42.1mn for 1QFY26.
