The company is principally involved in the design, manufacturing, supply and installation of electrical switchboards and switchgears as well as related products and the provision of maintenance and other related services for electrical switchboards and switchgears.

In its prospectus exposure, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 100 million new ordinary shares.

UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd is the sponsor for the company’s IPO.

The company said proceeds from the IPO will be utilised for the expansion of current and establishment of new sales and support offices, capital expenditure, repayment of bank borrowings and working capital.

“Our group had previously focused on securing customers in Penang, where our headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located.

“As we diversify our customer base to target customers from other regions in Malaysia, we intend to strengthen our sales and support capabilities in other regions across Malaysia by expanding our current sales and support office in Klang Valley and setting up two new sales and support offices - one each in East Malaysia and Johor.”
