PETALING JAYA: Tower Real Estate Investment Trust
(Tower-REIT) has appointed Douglas Richard Fyvie Crichton as its chief executive officer or CEO of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Tower-REIT.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Tower-REIT said Crichton, 54, has over 25 years of South-East Asia real estate experience in portfolio and project management.
“Prior to joining GLM REIT Management, he held senior positions in various companies, among others, director of asset management of Low Yat Management Services Sdn Bhd and head of asset management of Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.”
In a separate announcement, Tower-REIT said it had appointed Wong Shao Ling, 43, as its non-independent and non-executive director.
