KUALA LUMPUR: Topmix Bhd has entered into strategic collaborations with RHB Bank
Bhd, RHB Islamic Bank Bhd and SP Setia Bhd
to offer financing solutions and property market access via its myRuma digital renovation platform.
This comes as the decorative surface solutions provider announced the official launch of myRuma, which is aimed to enhance transparency, accountability and confidence in the renovation process.
Under the digital renovation ecosystem, RHB Bank will be offering tailored home and renovation financing solutions.
It said the financial integration introduces a
milestone-based payment framework designed to provide greater confidence and transparency
throughout the renovation journey, while facilitating structured disbursements to verified professionals.
Meanwhile, the tie-up with SP Setia will mark myRuma's entry into the residential township segment through the developer's flgship Setia EcoHill 2 development.
According to Topmix, the partnership is expected to broaden access to integrated home renovation solutions for homeowners, connecting them with a curated network of design-and-build professionals.
It said the collaboration provides a foundation for myRuma to scale its presence within established township communities, while supporting homeowners with a more seamless, transparent, and trusted renovation experience.
In line with its commitment to raise indstry standards, myRuma has also introduced the Reno Playbook, Malaysia's first renovation quality manual, to promote greater consistency and ensure renovation works adhere to professional construction standards.
