Croesus IT secures RM900,000 contracts from Yinson Green Technologies


KUALA LUMPUR: Croesus IT Holdings Bhd has secured contracts worth approximately RM900,000 from Yinson Green Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd for software solutions and related services.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Croesus IT Solutions Sdn Bhd, entered into three agreements with Yinson Green Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yinson Holdings Bhd.

The agreements cover software solutions and implementation services, maintenance services, as well as hosting and management services.

Croesus IT said the software implementation is expected to be completed by August 2026, while the maintenance, hosting and management services are scheduled to commence in July 2026 and are renewable annually.

The group said the contracts are expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards.
