Sentoria to be delisted soon


The company that it will be delisted on June 16, 2026, unless an appeal against the delisting is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before June 11, 2026.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sentoria Group Bhd’s shares, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, will be suspended from trading effective June 12, 2026.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the property developer stated that it will be delisted on June 16, 2026, unless an appeal against the delisting is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before June 11, 2026.

The delisting follows the company’s failure to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission or Bursa Securities for approval within the extended deadline of June 3, 2026.

“In the event the company submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the appeal timeframe, the delisting of the company’s securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities on June 16 will be deferred, pending a decision on the appeal.” — Bernama
