Exsim awards contract for KL apartments


PETaLING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has awarded a RM4.38mil subcontract for interior fit-out works and window treatment to Sunthesis Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the subcontract covers the supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of interior fit-out works and window treatment for apartment units located at Jalan Liew Weng Chee in Kuala Lumpur.

The contract, scheduled to commence on May 25, 2026, is expected to be completed by Sept 15, 2026 – a duration of four months.

Exsim Hospitality said the defects liability period for the completed works will be 27 months from the date of practical completion.

Exsim Hospitality said the subcontract is not expected to have any material impact on the group’s financial position for the current financial year, but will contribute positively to revenue over the contract period.

The company added that the award is in line with its strategy to enhance the value of its hospitality and property assets through targeted upgrading and refurbishment works.
