Vizione unit bags RM66mil  housing deal


PETALING JAYA: Vizione Holdings Bhd has secured a RM65.62mil construction contract for a residential development project in Sentul.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Bina Permai Sdn Bhd (BPSB), accepted the letter of award from Bina Asia Sdn Bhd on May 18 to undertake the main building works for the project.

The development will comprise a 30-storey residential apartment block with 322 units, including 162 Residensi Wilayah units and units under the Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia scheme.

The project is located on Jalan Pelangi 2, Sentul, in Kuala Lumpur. The contract is expected to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date.
