KUALA LUMPUR: HE Group Bhd
via its wholly-owned subsidiary Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted an RM86mil contruction contract for a new 132kV/33kV substation project in Selangor.
The contract shall commence on the date of its acceptance, and will be completed on Oct 31, 2027.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the letter of award is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of HE Group for the duration of the contract and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of HE Group.
