KUALA LUMPUR: Uzma Bhd
via its subsidiary Uzma Space and Defence Sdn Bhd is exploring a collaboration with Boustead Holdings Bhd in the areas of satellite communications and geospatial intelligence.
Under the terms of a memorandum of understanding, Uzma Space and Defence and Boustead will explore collaborative opportunities across satellite communications, earth observation, and geospatial intelligence solutions for defence, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.
This includes the co-development of integrated solutions leveraging satellite-based platforms, artificial intelligence driven analytics, and data driven intelligence, as well as joint participation in tenders, procurements, and strategic engagements.
