Green Packet inks deal with Presma


PETALING JAYA: Green Packet Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Persatuan Pengusaha Restoran Muslim Malaysia (Presma) to accelerate the digital transformation of Malaysia’s Muslim food and beverage ecosystem.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Green Packet said the collaboration will develop an integrated digital ecosystem for Presma’s network of over 9,000 restaurant operators, aimed at improving efficiency and financial inclusion.

Under the MoU, Green Packet will deploy fintech and digital platform solutions, including payment gateways, white-label e-wallets, point-of-sale systems and automation tools.

Separately, Green Packet said its subsidiary Kiplepay Sdn Bhd had entered into a MoU with Rural Capital Bhd to explore the development and implementation of a white-label digital wallet solution.
