MN Holdings secures RM245mil CLS contracts for data centres


PETALING JAYA: MN Holdings Bhd has secured two contracts valued at RM125.40mil and RM120mil respectively, bringing the total combined contract value to RM245.40mil, for the construction of two separate consumer landing stations (CLS) facilities for two data centres in the Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist said the contracts involve the construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CLS infrastructure across separate data centre developments.

“Both projects are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026 and are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, in line with the respective project timelines.

“In addition to the above, the group has also secured two solar-related contracts and two substations extension works contracts from Tenaga Nasional Bhd over the past month, with a total contract value of approximately RM39.80mil and RM26.58mil respectively.”

The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings over the duration of the projects, it said.
