KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd
's wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has accepted two construction contracts worth a combined value of RM512.85mil.
It said in a stock exchange filing it had been awarded a contract by Sime Darby Property (Subang) Sdn Bhd for the completion of a main building, M&E services and external works for two blocks of service apartments with a car park podium at Subang Jaya, Selangor, for RM246.35mil.
The contract will commence on March 25, 2026, and be completed on Sept 25, 2028.
Separately, it filed an announcement with the stock exchange for a contract secured from Freedom Estates Sdn Bhd for the completion of partially completed main building works for two blocks of condominiums wiht a car park podium, off Jalan Segambut in KL, for RM266.54mil.
The works will take place over 19 months from March 25, 2025, to Oct 24, 2027.
