KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd
via its wholly-owned subsidiary Kitacon Sdn Bhd has accepted an award from Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd for the main building works for 258 terrace houses, as well as ancillary and infrastructure works, in Bandar Tasik Puteri in Selayang, Selangor, for RM89mil.
In a statement, the construction firm said the it will will work on phases 6A and 6B, which will comprise of 140 and 118 units of two-storey terrace houses respectively.
Phase 6A of the project will also include the construction of a guard house, Tenaga Nasional substation and a two-storey clubhouse.
The contract shall commence on March 16, 2026, and is to be completed within 20 months.
